1968	Lumco Manufacturing Company was incorporated by Patrick and John Gleason. Lumco than began providing GM with cutting tools.
1971	Developed special milling cutter product line and developed special high density boring bars.
1973	Patented special crankshaft tooling.
1983	Developed turn broaching machines and tooling in conjunction with Pontiac Motors
1985	Engineering department switched to computer-aided design. We are currently using AutoCad 2004 and Solidworks 2008.
1991	Developed standard indexable endmill product line.
1994	Purchased engineering and rights to produce Brettrager Machines.
1995	Accelerate crankshaft equipment development
1996	Developed CNC ceramic production equipment and developed CNC pick and place loaders.
1999	Developed indexable drills.
2000	Developed the pencil mills.
2006	Design and build standard size double end boring machines.
2008	Patented I.D. scrap chopping tools.

In 1989, Turn-Broach, Incorporated was sold to Litton Tooling design and built in conjunction with Michigan Machine, a subsidiary of Litton:

The original Pontiac crankshaft machines were shipped to China in 1994.
